Hi all.. so i have a strange problem rendering with mental ray...
When i render a single frame to the screen, everything is fine, BUT when i batch render, some of my geo is missing.. primary visibility is on, shader is the same as other objects in the scene which dont disappear, and yet the rendered frames are missing pieces of my scene... eg, the actual geometry is acting like primary visibility is off, but it isnt.
I have tried importing the same mesh from an older version and replacing it in the scene, and i still get the same problem..
I read something about this very recently. Apparently, it's a glitch that can be solved by unchecking "Optimize Non-animated Display Visibility" in your MR render settings under Translation>Performance.
