IK/FK switch

IK/FK switch

I know how to use three skeltons to create IK/FK switching. I want to write a script that forces the IK handle to find the FK wrists' location and plant itself there during fk so that when I switch to IK there won't be anny popping.

Conversly i want the same script to force the arm's various joints to turn and contort so that the FK skeleton is similarly planted on the IK handle when fk is turned off. I hope that was clear. Does any one know how I could implement this?
