Smoke effect

Hi, I am creating a shot where a fluid emitter needs to be tracked at speed through the fluid container, but when rendered, it seems to spit out "blobs" of smoke as it moves, rather than a steady stream... Is there any way to ensure that this doesnt happen and i get a nice wispy smoke trail?

For particles, increasing the Oversampling rate fixes this. I'm not sure if it works for fluids. Good luck.
