Is there a way to control or easily trim the edges of extruded curves ?
I am trying model; a car interior in this case but can see other areas where i wound want to do this.
I create one curve at the base of the rear window and then extrude from it following another curve in the shape of the car interior. Its a simple way to give the car an interior without doing any serious interior modelling.
What i would like to do is either
have a curve for the edges to follow the shape of the car sides.
be able to trim the edges to the body of the car using something like a boolean or trim to curve.
at the momentthe best i can come up with is to extrude a polygon surface and shove the vertices in where they stick through the car body. Its ok but i feel there may be a more elegant accurate and faster way to do this.
