I'm trying to make a radio wave signal coming out of the world...starting with a small ring to a big ring....I've tried it but I do not how to make the particles grow.....and it must look like a radio wave signal..

Please help

[JLK aniPNG] "t must look like a radio wave signal"

Okay... but what does a radio wave signal look like, exactly?

What kind of particles are you trying to use?

I am using the Blobby Surface particle type. The radio waves are ment to look like rings being emitted for the object. Howvever, I want the particles to grow in size/radius over its life. Short of like a cone arrangement of rings.

I'm not sure why you've chosen to do this with particles at all--especially blobbies. It seems to me that a pattern of rings would be much easier to accomplish with geometry, or even just a simple texture.

In any case, making particles grow over their lifespan requires that you first add the radiusPP attribute, then control that attribute with a ramp or an expression.

Good luck.
