I am writting to ask for help to all you maya experts out there.. :=)
I am trying to put a movie into a plane.
When I check on use image sequence Maya warns that the image does not exists and the image does not show at the preview or renders.
I am sure this is an easy one for somebody out there.
By default maya now assigns a simple expression to match the image sequence number to that frame. If you scrub your timeline higher than the number of frames you have in your image sequence, you'll get that message. You can delete the expression and write your own or keyframe if you want it to behave differently. If you're going to be going higher than your maximum number of image sequence frames I'd keyframe the last still to hold as I've had it black out on me in my renders (the last image sequence might've been a black still, I don't remember now).
