on Nov 14, 2005 at 4:10:25 pm

I used to be able to add my own pixel sizes by editing a file that the hardware render buffer looks at when you go to select a preset - the problem is I cannot find it now or even remember what to look for aaarrrrghghgh! can anyone help me out?

you should be able to create a userImageFormats.mel in your %MAYA_APP_DIR%/scripts directory which lets you append to the system image formats. Its a bit more plug and play, and safer because you don't change system scripts.
