Hey all,

Please forgive me if this has been addressed already...but here goes...

Are the educational versions of Maya full versions of the software? Also, I heard that when you render out a file with the educational version, there is a watermark placed on the file. Is this true?

Again...forgive me if this has already been covered (or is widely known). I did some searching prior to asking and couldn't come up with anything.

Thanks in advance!

Yes there are educational versions of both maya complete and maya unlimited. No the educational version that you pay for does not have watermarks or any other limitation of the software.

There is a free Maya ple version that has watermarks, but it is severely crippled.
