Changing Scene Length

I need to speed up a scene that currently has a frame length of 300 frames. The timing of the animation is fine, it just needs to happen faster. Is there a way to make a global change of the key-frames to shorten the scene length by 50% without having to manually change each key-frame?

Thanks

Hmmm, it's really very strange how questions sometime come in packs! A few people have asked this recently. The dope sheet is the panel you want. Do a search through posts for other suggestions, too.

In addition to what steve said, you can also change the framerate in the animation preferences and it will scale the keyframes accordingly.
