Chromatic Aberration with Canon XF100, 105, 300, or 305?

Hi;

I'm considering a Canon XF100 to replace a Sony NX70 - but ...

Chromatic Aberration at full zoom was one reason I sent back my NX70. The link below will take you to a folder with some examples:

I would greatly appreciate it if someone with a Canon XF could shoot a high-contrast scene at full zoom and post a frame grab. An owner of a JVC-HM150 posted a sample that showed the JVC has the same problem with CA as did the NX70.

I have a bit of urgency with this question - On about 5 other forums/sites I've been trying to get an XF100 owner to respond for about 4 weeks with no luck. The NX70 is currently on sale at B&H for $2549.00 until Nov 30, so if the cameras that I have been considering as alternates also have the CA problem, I think I will re-purchase the NX70.

Thanks!

Steve

Try here as this seems to be an active board for that camera:
