Hi guys. I need your expert advice about a tapeless log. I'm trying to create a tapeless log sheet for the guys at the post house that i work with. I manage the rushes shot on a Canon XF305, and when the rushes come in, i ingest them into the hard drive, and also create a log system in an Excel worksheet. Within that sheet, i need to create a column labelled 'Roll number'. Now, here is where i get confused. I have already created a column labelled 'clip numbers' but they want another column labelled 'roll numbers'. How do i create roll numbers for these clips? I thought roll numbers were only for tape and not for tapeless? HELP! :( If you can illustrate with an example i'll love you forever!
