I've been trying to archive some AVCHD footage using Toast Titanium 10. Some of the footage was shot on my old Canon HF-10 at 17mbs, and some other footage was shot with an HF M400 at 24mbs. No trouble archiving the 17mbs stuff, but the 24 mbs footage gives a message, "Could not record the disk because of a Mac OS error. Result code = - 50
Here's the thing:
I subsequently tested a few shots on the newer HF M400 at the lower bitrate (i.e. 17mbs), and had no trouble archiving that footage.
So, I'm wondering... Does Toast Titanium 10 have a maximum bitrate when it comes to archiving AVCHD footage? I've been looking for the specs, but can't seem to find this specific info.
Anyone have any experience/advice on this?
Thanks so much,
