I am about to start editing some footage in order to make a film. I am planning on making the film interactive in the respect that the film will stop after each scene and the viewer will then be faced with a menu-type screen appearing where they can make a choice on which scene they can watch next. This will give them more control on which parts they are watching and will allow them to view parts that are of interest. Which adobe software is likely to be the most use for me and how will I go about making the menus? Are there any wizards or templates that I can look at?

Any info would be much appreciated!

Well if it has to be Adobe that would be Adobe Encore.
