Extracting multiple audio files.
on Dec 18, 2013 at 8:55:03 am

Hi,

I have a large Avid Media composer bin of SFX that I have been using for the last year but now I want the files as just normal .wav sound files so I can use them in FCP and Adobe. Is there any way I can select all the audio media in a bin and export it as .wav (or another file type) retaining the name it has in avid?

Thanks for the advise

Robin

From the bin, select all the masterclips you want to export. Do a file export and select audio WAV as your format, and you're good to go. Each masterclip will be a new WAV clip with the same name as seen in the bin.
