I'm sure many have found this but in Media Composer V7 you can not only use the console command AMA_listplugins to see a list of AMA plugins installed you can click on the last tab in the project window labelled info and see the list of AMA plugins there.
That info tab also has useful activation info and system ID.
Also worth noting that since V7 more AMA plugins come pre-installed and many of the earlier AMA plugins aren't supported in V7
SO check what plugins are listed before you add any new ones (to make sure you don't already have that AMA support) and if you need to add an AMA plugin (like Red or Canon XF) then make sure you get the V7 compatible one.
