Paste atributes or something like that....

Is there any chance to copy and paste atributes on AVID? for example if I have a 2 hours documentary and I need to down 3 dB in all segments at once on final cut I adjust the first segment, copy and select all other segments and paste atributes in that case audio levels...how can I do something like that on AVID?

If all the segments are on the same track you can clear your In and Out marks on your sequence, select the tracks you need to lower in the audio mixer, lower by 3db, then go to the fast menu of the mixer and choose to lower that for selected tracks. You can also set In point and lower for all clips from In point, or from Out point, or from In to Out points if you mark those.

For audio you can adjust clips between in and out points. You can set an absolute gain or a relative increase or decrease. look in. the top righted hamburger menu. in the audio mixer.

For video effects you can of courses copy the effect icon from the effect editor and save it to a bin and then apply to any number of clips.
