The Lumaforge Faster, Together Stage at NAB 2017
The Lumaforge Faster, Together Stage lineup for NAB 2017 keeps getting a little more must-see. Recently added: Michael Cioni is asking the question on the back of everyone's mind, Jeff Greenberg is taking us through a VR starter kit. Sven Pape is showing off SXSW indie workflow, Emery Wells is walking us through what's new in Frame.io, Matt Geller is demoing KeyFlow Pro, and Alex Lindsay just signed on to give a presentation too. This is all in addition to the already unbelievable lineup assembled so far including: Steve Martin (FCPX), Mark Spencer (Motion), Patrick Inhofer (Resolve Collaboration), Robbie Carman (Resolve Collaboration), Alexis Van Hurkman (Davinci Resolve), Gary Adcock (Thunderbolt 3), Dave Basulto (mobile filmmaking), Denver Riddle (LUTs), Mae Manning (Premiere), Kelsey Brannan (Premiere), Sven Pape (FCPX), Jeff Fortune (CatDV), T Payton (Movie Slate), and Tony Gallardo (Fusion). There's going to be a state of the NLE panel featuring Scott Simmons, Oliver Peters, Bill Davis, and Michael Kammes in addition to a preview of the new FCPX documentary: Off The Tracks from Bradley Olsen (who just locked in the Randy Ubillos interview). Coremelt, Intelligent Assistance, Kyno, Softron, Axle, and Marquis Broadcast are all presenting, and there's still a couple more to be announced. Honestly, I really have no idea how this all came together like this... but if you're going to be at NAB, you're going to want to be here. To see the full lineup and register, go here:
I'll also be showing off a whole bunch of new stuff at Lumaforge that if you want to see in a bit more detail, you can also sign up for an appointment at the Lumaforge workflow suite:
Bottom line, if you're looking to get off the show floor for a bit, these are two great ways to do it. See you in Vegas!
