You should contact AJA technical support for assistance via phone or email on Monday. Based on the size of the file you created, I would suspect that perhaps the storage module was removed incorrectly and then an attempt to write new files to it was made. If you have ever removed the disk without hitting the SLOT button, then it's possible that this is the cause of the issue. The easy first step would be to back up your existing media, reformat the storage module in the Ki Pro, and see if recordings operate as expected.
I would also suggest checking which firmware version your unit is running and update to the most recent version available from AJA.
