Hy,
I am working on a project who has been shoot with sony ex1 in 720p50 HQ
and edited on mac final cut 6.0.3 in pro res and I have to put on tape Digital Beta 16/9. For this I'm using AJA IOHD for downscale on the deck but on my video monitor all my text animations are (very) slim, so there is many flick on all the slim part...

Please help me if you can and sorry for my English...

You might have to blur the text in order to compensate for thin lines, if not remake them completely. There's a big difference in resolution going from HD to SD and also, you are going from progressive to interlace. This will also cause the buzzing that you are seeing.

Thanks I tryed and you're right it's ok with little blur on alpha.
But I must do a version with blur to downscale on Beta and a version without for export in H264 (because with blur in HD it's bad)...

Thank you again

Traditionally you always produce a different set of graphics for SD and HD master.

Since Text is pretty much the first thing to get trashed in any conversion.
