I am a long time visitor to this forum, but this is my first post. Creative Cow has been a very valuable resource for me and I hope someone can help with this issue.
My company is making a slow transition from FCP7 and our current testing is with CS6 and Kona 3. We created a dual boot drive for our 12-core MacPro 2.93 Ghz with 24 GB Ram. The new boot drive has Lion 10.7.4, Aja 10.3.1 software and drivers and the Aja CS6 plugin.
Premiere Pro works fine with the Kona 3 in HD resolutions, but when displaying SD, the image is shifted up around 50 lines with garbage video at the bottom of the screen. When ingesting, the image is shifted downward around the same amount with black at the top of the screen.
It would appear to be some sort of timing error, but the output is fine when using FCP7 or FCPX.
Has anyone else experienced this problem? I've contacted Aja, but haven't gotten a fix yet.
Thanks for any help.
