Sounds like an issue for AJA Support. If you have tried uninstalling and reinstalling your Kona drivers and it still does not show up, you may have a bad card. This happened with my Kona3. Just wasn't there.
CAll AJA Support, give them your serial number and they will overnight FedEX you a new card. And if it is out of warranty, they will STILL FedEX you a new card!, you will just need to pay the shipping. Then they will need you to send in your defective card. Done. These guys are great!
My Kona 3 card was purchased 2nd hand and arrived DOA and they STILL sent me a brand new Kona 3... I was floored!
