In these very sad times we wanted to give a little something back.Enjoy!
We will be posting our fee version of 3d Live after next weeks demo. We have added support for anaglyph, which means you can now see stereo images on any DLP or LCD monitor. The software provides an easy on-screen way to switch between 4 versions of anaglyph and the Shutter glass support for 3D ready DLPs.
3d Live takes in Dual SDI streams and converts them in real-time to stereo images. Great little app if you need to see what is coming direct from the cameras. Hummm, add in a switcher and things could get fun.
This is a Linux based product that can run on both dual and quad core machines. Current support is for Kubuntu, with a package that is easy to install.
Hardware requirements are an AJA board (K3, Xena3 or OEM3) and an Nvidia board supporting Cuda. Output from graphics board can be DVI or HDMI (your choice). Nothing but a system drive is required as this is just a pass thru device and requires no massive array for thruput.
For those slightly afraid of Linux, give Kubuntu a look, you may change your mind :)
