Just wanted to give Kudos to AJA on a truly great experience.
I have a Kona 3 card that started to make some crackly audio noises. So, I called them to talk to a tech. (Phone call to the tech dept went through in less than 1 min) Did some quick troubleshooting with the them, he says, I'll just send you another card. Got the card over night! I'm back up and running the next day. (No charge at all, even for overnight shipping!)
Now that is what Customer Service is all about. I'm not knocking any other card makers, but this is what makes AJA top dog. I am glad to have purchased multiple AJA products over the years as they always seem to get top reviews and buzz in the industry. (I have the Kona3 and IoLA)
In a time when Customer Service is almost non-existent, I can run my business with confidence that I will be taken care of.
