I just wanted to share another good AJA experience here...
Something went south on my Kona LH breakout box yesterday, but it was too late in the day for the folks a AJA to FEDEX the replacement. Steve from AJA tech support actually apologized to me for that. So, now it's gonna be here first thing tomorrow. You just can't beat that...
