How to grade a follow shot that goes from inside to outside

This is the first time I'm grading a short film, and I'm stuck on how to colour correct a shot that follows the character from inside to outside. I'm using Adobe Premiere Pro, which I'm aware isn't the best software for colour grading, but it's all I have.

The only tutorial I have found is this:
https://mixinglight.com/color-tutorial/color-correcting-steadicam-shots/

But it's not really helpful to me as the software seems very different and I wouldn't know how to adapt this technique to Premiere. My best guess at the moment is to keyframe the values in Lumetri Colour, but I'm far from a pro, so would really appreciate any tips and advice on this!

Add a key frame just as the shot moves from in to out (bur still inside) then add a key frame when fully outside.
Grade the inside shot against that first keyframe. Then grade the outside shot against the second keyframe.
You may be lucky and find the grade just works between the two key frames. But if it doesn't you need at add additional key famed and tweak the grade.

white balance will change a lot and exposure, ehh, depending on if you have manual settings in camera. rack exposures done in camera is the easiest or keyframing like said. the most gradual is what you want so usually somewhere in the middle timewise is 50/50. another possibility is automatic white balance/exposure in nle; i.e. every single frame is neutralized. usually this is very time consuming, but some plugins can do this. if you have AE, you can try my free auto template. https://f1.creativecow.net/file.php?id=12067&folder=auto-white-and-flicker-...
