IMSourcing: What does it mean?

What does “Seagate-IMSourcing” mean? I searched online for a Seagate Savvio 10K.6 ST600MM0026 Drive and found some resellers using the term, "Seagate-IMSourcing," in the product description. When directly asked what the term meant one of them answered, “since we are just the reseller and not the manufacturer we do not know our items individually." They have no idea what they sell or what the term means.

Does anybody know what the term means?

Some Suggestions:
•Make sure all words are spelled correctly.
•Try different keywords.
•Try more general keywords.

so this is obviously some marketing idiot, that made up a word, that means nothing to you, and nothing to Seagate.

I think IMSourcing is a company, a distributor of IT hardware. Any hardware can be "IMSourced", which basically means a product not shipped by the original manufacturer via conventional distribution channels. In simple-speak, you don't get the warranty, but you might get a warranty from IMSourcing.

This hardware can be preowned, discontinued, or sourced from the inner depths of the world. Here's some info: https://imsourcing.zendesk.com/home

They have a website but it seems to be a 'work in progress'. Here's an older website with background info: http://im.sourcing.cc/

If I understand this correctly then, Ingram Micro purchased these drives. Then setup a company called IMSourcing to resell these items. IMSourcing then resold on the open market these drives to various online resellers, who now just call the drives Seagate-IMSourcing. I understand IMSourcing, as a company, just sells discontinued items so I guess that implies Ingram Micro can no longer source these drives directly from Seagate.
