I am giving it a try as well. Probably not going to use it as a finishing tool as of yet. All of that will be handled in FCP X and Motion for now. Once the ability to create and save custom generators, effects, titles and transitions is available in Resolve then I might do everything in there with the exception of motion graphics.
Trimming in Resolve is much better and very flexible. Adobe does have better keyframing abilities. As for color correction I have yet to try Speedgrade but Resolve is excellent.
Since most of my work will involve Cinema DNG raw Resolve is the tool of choice.
