Adobe login reset does not work

Adobe login reset does not work

I got the email from Adobe today that my adobe login had to be reset because of the hacking breach. I reset the password, but everytime I try to login to my adobe cloud apps it tells me to reset the password.
That means I cannot use any of CC APPS

How far do you get? Does the system send you the email saying you've reset the password?

Does restarting the machine help? (I actually reset mine with PPro CC open and didn't seem to have an issue, but I'm just trying to think of easy stuff to get you up and running...)

Hi Tim, thanks for responding.
Signing into my Adobe Account gives me "a requires a reset" message. Which I do, I get an email from Adobe that my password has been reset. When I try another login, same result. An endless loop.

Once the password was changed, did you shut down Adobe software, or even try restarting the computer?

Hi Tim,
I did restart the computer, same result.
After talking to India where they reset it
I got positive results. Thanks again for responding

I've been trying to do this but going round in circles. The password reset does not send and the Adobe representative claims my email address (d*********@hotmail.com) does not correspond with an account at all. I'm going crazy, I can't access my Behance portfolio and possibly CC (creative cloud) apps, seem to be winding down though still accessible. They insist that it's link to an email account that has long expired (d********@hotmail.co.uk). I assumed expired CC contract but don't want to end up paying (too much) twice and still can't access my portfolio. The odd thing is I'm recieving emails to that first address. I have a login with d********@gmail.com but that doesn't seem to be associated with my Behance or old account.
