The title of your post indicates that you can't use Muse unless you are connected to the internet. This is not the case. I just disconnected the internet from my computer and was able to edit my site.

This sounds like a different problem related to installation. If you do not get your problem resolved with the agent, please let me know and I can take a look at your case.

Hello Kevin,
I downloaded the cleaner program,
according to instructions uninstalled Muse (second time).
Ran cleaner.
Problem
Adobe Muse was not on the list.
Please do not suggest that I clean (which means uninstall) all CC Apps. That is not going to happen.
In my opinion:
Adobe now being in the service business should make a tailored installation patch available and send it to me by email.

Hi Hans,
The Cleaner Tool allows you to uninstall and clean Muse. I just did it and then reinstalled. Are you saying you can't reinstall the app?

Please excuse me if I'm not completely understanding your issue.

Hello Kevin,
what I aid in my previous post is that when I ran the cleaner tool, I followed the prompts, selected Cloud/CS6. In the submenu following there is a numbered list of APPS that be uninstalled. Except that Adobe Muse was not on that list

Hi Hans,
Try to uninstall and reinstall the latest version of Muse here: http://helpx.adobe.com/muse/kb/installer-file-damaged.html

If that doesn't work, try deleting the OOBE folder, as outlined here: http://helpx.adobe.com/muse/kb/unexpected-error-occurred-i-200.html

Deleting the OObe folder made no difference. I will download the latest Muse installer from the link you provided.
Ironically: I have been with all Production Premium incarnations, Muse is the only program that I been interested in adding.
When my subscription is up for renewal in May 2014, I will cancel. I will take a loss on the 2013 subscription.

Deleting the OOBE folder AND installing the latest Muse. Same result: Muse needs to have additional account info
