Has anyone used or have been using A black Magic Cinema Camera with A paralinx cross bow ?

How does it operate and does it operate at all? can i run an HDMI cable directly from the crossbow to a monitor ?

The crossbow converts the SDI signal to an HDMI signal that is then fed to the Paralinx transmitter. Theoritically you could just put the HDMI signal into monitor. But, just a warning, the Crossbow does not support 23.98 frame rate. So if you want to monitor anything then it will have to be 59.94.

When we need that capability we re using a Blackmagic SDI to HDMI mini converter. A bit more expensive but it will convert virtualy any frame rate we need.
