This is a rough draft.

CS6 Speedgrade - Stereoscopic 3D pipeline

Ingest camera data
Clone camera data and put into Left/Right folder structure so that
Speedgrade can automatically link L/R, very important step as this
must work for final EDL conform.

Import data into SG to create dailies
Set flips/flops, frame sync, QC S3D, set HIT, primary grade with option
for secondary correction, keyframes etc. or just apply a pre-made
Render out DNxHD 1080p editorial media as side by side and or master
eye, with clips matching source filename (Src.PathElement.0) and
timecode (source).

Import editorial media into NLE
Sync audio and edit.
Limit to cuts and dissolves.
Anything more involved needs to treated as a VFX shot.
Output EDL and guide track from NLE.

Import EDL and guide track into Speedgrade
Select Timeline/Reels view to show Reels/clips used in EDL.
Using SG desktop (media browser) navigate to root folder for the
cloned source footage (containing Left/Right folder structure) view
"Sequences from folder + subtree" then click "Load from Desktop"
Any clips that do not connect can be manually dropped onto the relevant reel.
Also if L/R do not connect then this can be fixed manually in the
Stereo3D/Reel Assignment panel.
Drop in VFX shots, titles (with alpha) as required.
Confirm conformed original media and vfx shots match guide track.
Perform colour and depth grade, pan/scan to 1920x1080 if required etc.
Render out suitable video masters 3D L/R, 3D SbS, 2D as DPX, DNxHD
220, Uncompressed codec etc.

Take video master back to NLE to add multi-track audio and render out
