I have created a timeline in Premiere Pro and need to grade. First off, all my video is on a single video line with no transitions added, just cuts and frame rate is 29.97. I go File-Export-EDL and I don't change any of the settings. I open Speedgrade and change the frame rate to 29.97 (it defaults to 24 every time I open it up.) I open the EDL up through the desktop and get an error message that says:
Creating timeline from EDL...
See details below:
The timecodes in the EDL indicate a frame rate higher that the current one.
Make sure to set the appropriate frame rate before loading an EDL
When I exit out of that dialog, I see my edits in the Speedgrade timeline. I load up the folder with the original media on the Desktop and I then go to the "Reels" tab at the bottom and load clips from desktop. It loads the media up, but has slid. The clips that show up are not the clips that I edited. Hoping I can get some help with this. Adobe phone support has been no help at all. If possible, I would like to pay to meet with someone in the Atlanta area that can help. Thanks for any help!
