I sent an e-mail to JVC about the AC adapter broken plug issue, and they got back to me yesterday, 10 days after my e-mail to them! And yesterday's e-mail was just to tell me they forwarded my question to someone else. I hope I never have a real major problem with them. :-)

I bet you were excited for about two seconds when you first saw the email. Only disappointment followed....

Yep, and the person they forwarded me to still haven't gotten back to me.
