I'm working with an outside graphics company for work who is sending me PNG quicktimes (they work with PCs, I work on a Mac). My workflow is such that I need to use their MOVs sometimes for some things I create, which is why I need them as MOVs. However, I also need to transcode all of them into AVIs with the following settings using Adobe Media Encoder (version 220.127.116.112 64-bit):
When I use these settings in AME (on a PC), at exactly 16 seconds and 20 frames, the frame turns blue for the rest of the clip. I've seen other people have had this problem, but they have all been exporting from Premiere Pro, which I am not. I am taking them directly from the graphics company, putting them into AME and getting this blue render. I tried encoding them as AppleProRes clips first, but got the same result.
