I am having a huge problem over here. I have been editing a large project for more than a year in Premiere Pro and using Adobe Media Encoder the whole time.
Suddenly, when I put a sequence into AME -- the output .mp4 file has NO SOUND. No audio. And, for some of the sequences, the audio is no longer read in the sequence in PPRO - that is - no sound there either!
After all this work, I am done with the project but I can not get it out of Premiere Pro intact.
Yesterday I uninstalled Premiere Pro and AME, and reinstalled. No change.
2 1/2 hours online with Adobe Support on Monday = they said the sequence in question at the time had been CORRUPTED in AME, but they did not know why or how to prevent it.
Clearly it seems to me that it is happening again on every sequence.
I just briefly looked into switching to Avid or Final Cut to finish off the project but that seems like it has a whole other set of problems.
