Using a television as a monitor on S-video output
on Dec 11, 2005 at 10:36:51 pm

Hi there. I read everywhere on the net that people connect their monitor/television on a device through firewire. I want it display my clips and for viewing what happens on the timeline. I have my television connected to the S-video output of my fairly new Geforce FX 5200 (using NVIDIA drivers).

My question: is it possible to make this work, because i read for instance for the avid they support it only for a specific nVidia card. Or is this nonsense? Do I need special settings? Any suggestions are appreciated!

Thanks!

Hendrik
