bad DV out in FX1E camera
on Nov 8, 2005 at 8:58:31 am

I have Canopus DV Storm2 card and SONY DCR-VX2000E camera. I download picture via FireWire cable from camera to computer. It`s all working well.
Recently I bought SONY HDR-FX1E camera. I shoot in DV-mode. Then i download picture to computer via FireWire the picture seems quite bad. I see the compression noise and the colors are not bright enough. It`s big difference compared to VX2000 camera.
What could be the problem ?
I think that the HDV to DV converter within the HDR-FX1E camera are very bad. Can anybody tell what the solution would be ?
Maybe i have to shoot in HDV mode and buy external HDV to DV converter ? Or maybe it`s good idea to shoot in HDV mode and buy Canopus NX for HDV editing system- edit in HDV and then convert final work to DV ?
Does anyone have the same problem ?
Please help
