What cards produce the ability to have a duel monitor system for post?
does the ATI RADEON 9800XT 256MB DDR AGP 8X W/ TV-OUT & DVI work for 2 flat screen monitors or do I need the Nvida duel agp out?
Do I need all the power from the high performance video cards to do video editing?

thanks kevin

Just about any dual head card should work. If both your LCD monitors require DVI inout, then you'll need to spend a littel extra for a dual DVI head card. I like the nVideo Quadro series. We used a Graphics Card PNY QUADRO 4 280NVS 64MB in our DIy system.

The card you mention will only support one monitor and one TV out. If you want to extend your desktop, you will need a card with dual monitor support.

There is an ATI Radeon 9800XT 8xAGP 256MB DDR w/TV-out & DVI Dual Heads.

I am using a Matrox Millennium G450 32M DDR RAM.
