Premiere Pro with Matrox RT.X100. Lots of features, plenty of power, does real time, and in a moderately priced package. Personally, I'm a fan of Avid with Mojo but Premier with Matrox is a decently priced, power packed solution. Depends really on your budget and patience. Avid has a steeper learning curve but the payoff is bigger in the end.
