Moving Canopus DVRaptor to new machine

I want to move my DVRaptor card from a Pent.II machine using Win 2000 to a new Pent. 4 machine using Win XP Pro. I downloaded driver version 2.11 from Canopus. Should I expect any compatibility issues with Win XP Pro?

I also use the Raptor card in a win XP machine. The file limitations are 4gbs and that's just how it is. Under capture settings in Raptor. Check the capture as reference avi and the 4gb files will all playback seamlessly. The files will show up at around 9mins each but they'll all play without a hitch. Instead of one big avi, you'll have several smaller files that are much easier to manage. It's not a Win XP problem, this is just how the Raptor works. It uses fat 32, regardless of the operating system. It's no big deal. If it works don't mess with it, I say.
