Need Video Card for two VGA Monitors
on Jan 10, 2005 at 6:50:52 pm

Thanks in advanced. I'm fairly new to editing video, but I have the following;

3.2 P4
RAID Sata 250
2 120 HD for backup
Matrox RTX100
NVidia 256 DDR, 1 VGA out, 1 Y/C Out
DVC
Asst other input items
Output to TV (Sony to view what things will look like).

Since I've got the Matrox RTX100, I don't think I need anything super strong, but I need another video card that does 2 outs to VGA, so I can put Adobe Premeiere across two monitors and have more room to work. Any one got an idea of a cheap video card that videoguys might sell that will work? I believe the RTX100 will do the "power" part of the video, but I need something to view on two computer monitors.

Again, thanks for your help.

The obvious choice is a Matrox board, as that's what they test it against. They list the tested boards at:
