I am still this message in the event viewer after my pc constantly reboots itself in Premiere:
AMLI: ACPI BIOS is attempting to write to an illegal IO port address (0x70), which lies in the
0x70 - 0x71 protected address range. This could lead to system instability. Please contact your
system vendor for technical assistance.
I have updated my BIOS and Im still getting that message. Does anyone think I should reload XP Pro setting up as a standard pc rather than an ACPI pc (which is what it is set as now under device manager)
Any thoughts?? I am using the pro one card with Premiere 6.5
Not too sure whats going on with that, but where are you trying to capture your clips to? Perhaps it doesn't like where you are storing your clips or something. Good luck with that and please let me know what the problem was, if ya figure it out.
