Analog Video Capture Cards
on Nov 17, 2002 at 12:54:52 am

I currently have an VHS-C camcorder that I would like to take video from. I looked into various analog capture devices and feel that Pinnacle's would work best for me. However, can someone tell me what the differences between the following are:

Studio DC10 Plus
Studio AV 7
Studio AV 8

They all seem to contain PCI capture cards, but depending on which website you look at, the specs are different. I know AV 7 & AV 8 have different version of Studio, but are there other differences as well ?

Thanks

DC10+ and Studio AV are the same hardware. Studio 8 is the latest version. I recommend the Studio Deluxe 8 over these. It is $199.95 after rebate. You end up with both analog & DV w/ a pretty nice break out box.
