DVD+R VS. Mainstream DVD

Whats the Difference between the a pro dvd made for big budget movies, compared to DVD+R. Besides Size. I want my DVD's to work on all DVD players. Is there a certain DvD i can get to do this or is it hopeless,
This may be a Stupid Question, but I had to ask it.

Hi,

If you want your dvd to play in 99.99% of the players on the market you will have to have the dvd replicated.

Cost $1.50ea. 1000 min.

+R or Plus R format disc that have been authored/burn on your computer will NOT play in all DVD player on the market or in the households

If the dvd players does not support DVD-R, or +R formats then the dvd will most likely not play in the player.


All DVD Players are setup to play Replicated disc, but not every media format that comes along.
