Minimum requirements - Is my 700mhz laptop enough
on Aug 4, 2003 at 3:18:07 am

Want to purchase an A06, and ADS external enclosure, edit and burn through my Pyro PCMCIA on my Pentium III 700 mhz laptop.
It is not a problem if it takes time. I just want to know if it will be successful.

Anybody know what the minimum requirements for this would be? Not the suggested setup, just the minimum requirements.

Well I put my new recorder in my 600mhz Pentium 3 and it works just fine. I also use Pinnacle Studio 8 on the same system with very little problems. It's just a wee slow, but that's endurable.

Re: Got rid of Studio 8. Got DVD-Lab!

Found a much more capable authoring program
for my needs, which I recommend to all.
DVD-Lab by Mediachance. Very good program.
Very intuitive UI for me.

Very reasonably priced ($80) for what it does.
