The default output for the dvd presets in Procoder is to create elementary streams--separate video (as m2v file) and audio (uncompressed wave file). These two files can be used in any authoring application that will accept elementary streams (ReelDVD, DVDit, SpruceUp, DVDWS pro, Impression Pro and SE to name a few on the PC side of things and DVD Studio Pro on the Mac side).
Some authoring applications will accept program streams (combined audio and video into one file) only like DVD-Architect from Sonic or DVDWorkshop LE. Others (like DVDit and SpruceUp) will take either. Fortunately you can change Procoder's settings and create elementary streams or program streams as is required by your particular authoring app.
