DVD to DVD Recorders
on Mar 29, 2003 at 11:33:24 pm

I'm new to this, as you will be able to tell by my question. My question is - Is there a stand alone DVD to DVD recorder, meaning a recorder where you record from one DVD to another without using my PC? If there is not one, then with a stand alone DVD recorder, can you hook up a DVD player to a DVD recorder to make a duplicate DVD? I hope I'm making sense here. Thank you in advance.

Hey newguy, thank you for the information. So are you saying I can hook up a DVD recorder, such as the Panasonic DMRE30K to my DVD player and record? Just like hooking up 2 VCR's to dub? I was thinking I could do that but wasn't sure. I'm not looking at dubbing professional tapes, just personal ones for family.
