Where to buy DVD-R.

I want to get a poll on where others purchase DVD-R media and what kind of prices to expect. I have just recently started burning DVD's and am now converting and distributing my home videos. I went thru the original 40 DVD-R's that came with the purchase pretty quickly and was shellshocked by the prices at Fry's, and Best Buy. I managed to catch some kind of sale at Best Buy and was able to purchase some MEMOREX 1.90/ea, but was still pretty expen$ive.

I'm basically looking for recomendations.

Thanx,

Yes, don't waste your time or money on generic DVD-R media. Read the review at dv.com first. Go back to Best Buy and buy Maxell's for $3.50.

I just bought a pack of 25 DVD-R (4x) generics at http://meritline.com. At that quantity, I paid $2.19 each. Pioneer 4x disks cost $8.00 ea.

If they suck, I'll return them and get my $$$ back.
