Adobe Video Collection Pro Installation

I'm about to purchase the Adobe Video Collection Pro with the Matrox RTX100 bundle. I'm fairly certain that I should install the Matrox card first along with the drivers, then presumably reboot. But after that is there a preferred order in which to install the other elements of the bundle? The bundle includes Premiere Pro 1.5, After Effects Pro, Audition 1.5, Encore 1.5 and Photoshop CS.

My computer system will be a dual Xeon MJ-12 7750 from Alienware if that helps out. Also, to use an NTSC (tv) monitor, does the tv connect to the breakout box of the Matrox RTX100?

The X100 comes with detailed installation instructions, but basically you install the Adobe applications first. Then you install the X100 card. Finally, you install the Matrox drivers, the X-Tools, which installs their plugins in the Adobe applications.
