Matrox RTX10 vs Canopus ACEDVio?

What are the differences between these two boards? Both seem to be good values with the bundled software but, after trying to understand the specs I'm still not sure if they are equivalent.

ACEDVIO is not a real-time card. it is very cool though. It gives you both DV and analog inputs & outputs. Think of it as a firewire card with a built in DV/AV converter box. ACEDVio works great with Premiere, Vegas and Edition.

RT.X10 gives you real-time analog output. DV and MPEG2 ouptput have to be rendered. It comes with Premiere Pro, Encore & Audition. It also has AV & DV in and out, as well as the Matrox real-time 3D FX & filters. A very nice value.
